REPCO – Customer experience animation explainer video, strategy, vision and production. User journey that delivers retailer-branded experiences and activates and engages shoppers by reducing friction. Created animation that demonstrated to the Repco board, the ultimate progression of Repco’s store offering for 2021, which will be achieved through a variety of initiatives, with each element increasing in customer usability as supporting concepts develop and are launched.

The concept I developed was inspired by Malcolm Gladwell’s theory that it takes 10,000 hours to master your craft. With this concept, I aimed to motivate and inspire potential candidates to join Repco’s team and become masters in their field.

We highlighted their years of experience, expertise, and the countless hours they have invested in mastering their craft. The tone of the video was designed to be inspiring and motivational, encouraging viewers to strive for excellence and to become part of a team that values mastery and continuous improvement.
