Good Education Australia is a platform that prioritizes students’ needs and connects them with education providers. It is also the top platform for education providers to connect with their target market and use Australia’s education market analytics. Recently, Good Education Australia underwent an acquisition and rebranding process, which I led involving evaluating the acquired GEM brand, segmenting the target audience, leveraging existing brand equity, and determining its place in the overall brand architecture.

I developed a detailed plan, briefed the agency, created budgets, and orchestrated the rollout for a full rebrand across all touchpoints. By following these steps, I ensured a successful transition and achieved the strategic goals of the company.
