As the Brand & Creative Lead at Adventus, a SaaS-based international recruitment company serving a diverse global target market with a staff of over 500, I successfully manage content and campaign development, as well as production, across a multi-regional industry. I established the Adventus brand and built a 10-person creative department from the ground up. Under my leadership, the team elevated the brand, executing successful campaigns and relaunched the acquired business Good Education Media. I also launched a succesful campaign with Ricky Ponting, driving international students to study in Australia.
As the Creative Director at Starship Advertising, I oversaw the operations of the creative studio and led the development of campaigns for diverse clients, spanning a range of industries such as property, services, government, and local council. In this role, I managed a team of developers, illustrators, motion designers, and content creators, while also providing hands-on design and art direction for video and photo shoots. I led ideation sessions, developed customer journeys based on user personas, created brand strategy and communications plans, and implemented processes to ensure campaign timelines and budgets were met. Additionally, I managed freelancers and participated in staff recruitment, gaining exposure to a diverse range of industries, including those such as Hallmarc, Stockland, Metricon, Barry Plant, RACV, Sustainability Victoria, the City of Boorandara, and Moonee Valley.
I developed concepts and provided design and art direction for FMCG packaging, TV commercials, and other projects. I created brand elements, art directed photoshoots, and participated in strategy and project management. Additionally, I had experience in motion graphics and video production for companies such as iSelect and Barry Plant.

I was responsible for crafting visually striking and effective collateral for ANZ, including posters, brochures and other corporate publications. I also spearheaded direct marketing efforts across a wide range of initiatives, such as member services, corporate alliances, industry partnerships, sponsorship, and events. In addition, I provided expert guidance on the application of the ANZ style guide, ensuring that all materials maintained the integrity of the ANZ identity while also adhering to strategic alignment, legal compliance, and operator compliance.
